Rights to reproduce & keep artwork
Action Athletic Wear & Crest Ltd. reserves the right to photograph or film the production process and finished product of all our orders. These photographs are used in our collective portfolio as well as on social media sites. It is our intention to not only promote our skills, but the companies and people we print for when posting images of projects on social media websites. At any time, you may opt out of this by requesting that we do not use images of your garments, prints, or artwork, and we will refrain from using images in the future. As we sometimes film our facility, we can not guarantee that opting out can be retrospective as well.
Artwork is stored with Action Athletic Wear for a period of several years. This is to ensure that returning customers can receive identical prints. If you have received vectorizing services, we can provide you with a vector version of your submitted artwork at any time for any purpose. Action Athletic Wear does not, and will never, sell your artwork or use it outside of projects and orders with you.
