- High resolution Adobe Photoshop PSD
- High resolution rasterized PDF
- High resolution bitmaps (JPEG, PNG, TIFF)
File Formats NOT ACCEPTED
- Low resolution PDFs and bitmaps (such as images pulled from websites), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Scanned Artwork
- Hand-drawn or other non-digital artwork should be scanned at 800+ DPI if in black & white and 300 DPI if in full colour at 100% actual print size
Artwork Quality & Preparation
- All bitmap images (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD) should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at 100% of desired print size. (Images pulled off a website will only be 72 DPI and will not print well.)
- Whenever possible, size artwork to desired actual print size and/or inform sales representative of desired size.
- Convert all fonts to curves or outlines.
Colour Considerations
- All artwork will be converted to colours of the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for printing. Pantones do not directly correspond to RGB and CMYK colour values, so for best results and colour consistency, assign appropriate PMS colours to your submissions. Send your file to the Art Department in the following formats:
- CD-R, CD-RW, DVD, USB Flash
