How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Every item has a different production time.  Most production times are anywhere from 7-10 business days after artwork has been approved.  Rush services are available.  Shipping times vary.

What is the minimum order quantity?
For clothing orders we have a minimum of 12 units.  For the promotional products, there is a different amount for each item.  Please call us for these minimums.

What happens if I need less than the quantity minimum required for products?
We will be happy to try and get the amount you require.

Do you provide logo design, artwork resolution, vector art?
Yes. Our company works hand in hand with a graphic designer that can help with all of your art needs.

Do you send out proofs?
Yes, we send out digital proofs.

Can you match my colors?
Many items can have custom or PMS match colors for the imprint.  There may be an additional charge for PMS color matching.

What form of payment do you take?
We accept debit cards, VISA and Master Card cards and checks.  A deposit of 50% is required on orders.
